At SHOP4RESELLERS, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that there may be circumstances where a customer may wish to cancel an order or request a replacement. In such cases, our Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.
Cancellation Policy:
Customers can cancel their orders within 4 hours of placing the order or before dispatching the order. Your paid amount will be refunded after deducting delivery and packaging charges.
Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been dispatched.
Return / Replacement Policy:
In the unlikely event of a missing product, the customer has to share 360 degree video without any pause or cut to get the claim of missing item’s amount. Without video, we will not entertain any claimed amount.
We will not provide any replacement/return of Product.
Refund Policy:
In case of Missing Items, after receiving the 360 degree video without any pause or cut from the customer; our customer support team will work on it. If they found the correct claim from customer side then the claimed amount will be refunded within 24 hrs.
In case of cancellation (Prior order schedule), If a customer cancels an order before scheduling, then packaging charges will be deducted and rest amount will be refunded within 24 hrs.
In case of cancellation (Post order schedule), If a customer cancels an order after scheduling, then packaging charges & delivery charges will be deducted and rest amount will be refunded within 24 hrs.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement request if the customer does not comply with the terms of our policy.
