Welcome to “shop4resellers.com. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern “shop4resellers.com’ relationship with you in relation to this website.
The term ‘“shop4resellers.com’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is at Noida. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:
Website Content: The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
Guarantee/Warranty: Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee of any product.
Order Value: Your order value must be 4,000/- at least.
Token amount: For processing an order, customer has to pay 20% of total order value as token amount which would be further adjusted in their bill amount. Without token amount order will not be processed.
Order Process & Dispatch: Once we have received your order request, we will process your order and the final bill amount (Included delivery & Packing charges) will be shared with you . Once we get the complete payment then your order will be packed and dispatched.
Tracking Details: After scheduling the order, tracking details will be shared with you.
COD Facility: All the orders will be prepaid only. We will not process any COD orders.
Theft Case: During transit (Porter/Courier/Transport), if anything stolen then FULLKART will not be responsible for any compensation. However we can complaint to concerned team for this.
Unboxing Video: We request you to make 360 degree video without pause & cut to get the claim of missing item’s amount. Without video, we will not entertain any claimed amount. Our support team will revert you after evaluating the shared video within 24 hrs.
Damage Item: If anything damage during transit via Porter/Courier/Transport then FULLKART is not responsible. However we always pack parcels safely and check for defective stock (specially Glass items) before dispatch.
Glass Item Protection: We will be adding extra charges for bubble wrap in case we are asked for it by the customer. This will enhance protection for your package during transit however, we cannot guarantee against any damage.
Cancellation of Orders: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing the order or before dispatching the order. We will process the cancellation and issue a refund as per our refund policy. However if you ask to cancel the scheduled order; then delivery and packaging charges will be deducted and rest amount will be refunded.
Delayed Delivery: For a delayed delivery, you can write to us on our customer support Email ID: support@shop4resellers.com. We will try to resolve your issue asap.
