Guarantee/Warranty: Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee of any product.

Order Value: Your order value must be 3,000/- at least.

Order Dispatch: Once we have received your order request, we will pack your order and will communicate you Delivery & Packing charges accordingly.

Tracking Details: After receiving the delivery charges, we will dispatch your order within 24 Hrs. and will share the tracking details.

Token amount: For processing an order, customer has to pay 1000/- rs as token amount which would be further adjusted in their bill amount. Without token amount order will not be processed.

COD Facility: For a new customer (Out of Delhi NCR), we are ready to give them only 1st order upto 3000/- as COD. However the delivery & Packing charges will be taken in advance before dispatching the order. Customer needs to pay bill amount at the time of delivery to delivery person.

Theft Case: During transit (Porter/Courier/Transport), if anything stolen then FULLKART will not be responsible for any compensation. However we can complaint to concerned team for this. Also we request to capture the photos and video from all angles.

Unboxing Video: We request you to make 360 degree video without pause & cut to get the claim of missing item’s amount. Without video, we will not entertain any claimed amount. Our support team will revert you after evaluating the shared video within 24 hrs for the claimed amount.

Damage Item: If anything damage during transit via Porter/Courier/Transport then FULLKART is not responsible. However we always pack parcels safely and check damaged stock (specially Glass items) before dispatch.

Glass Item Protection: We will be adding extra charges for bubble wrap in case we are asked for it by the customer. This will enhance protection for your package during transit however, we cannot guarantee against any damage.

Packing Charges: For any of the order either take away or dispatch, the packing charges will be applicable.

Drop Shipping Orders/below 3K Order: We are willing to entertain orders for drop shipping. However the item prices would be bit higher.
